We went on a Tuesday and it was nice and quiet. It’s a lovely setting, surprisingly quiet and private inside and the staff were professional and kind. Loved the infrared sauna and cold baths

Had a last minute booking for an hour (hour and a half?) massage at their location near Coffee Club here a few months back and OH MY GOSH!! Absolutely Devine, perfect pressure and finding all the sore parts in my back etc without having to be directed. I don’t recall my masseuse’s name unfortunately but would highly recommend if preferring a firmer massage. Relaxing music and aroma with massage running the full time of the appointment (not docking time for changing etc)- will be back and recommend

I met Dan and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and we had a very good experience with the cards that were pulled. Turns out I was his first customer ever and he did a great job!
